UIL Assessment

1st step to identify the level room condition in compliance to ASHRAE, ISA and ISO standard

The UIL assessment is the first step in identifying indoor air quality conditions based on ASHRAE, ISA and ISO standards. The results obtained after measuring re that the user obtains accurate and measurable air quality data. The resulting data may be used as a reference to identify measures to improve air quality.

Scope of Services : Identification the level condition in refer to ASHRAE , ISA and ISO standards.

A. Data Assessment Collection

1. UIL Clean air for IEQ - Laboratory, in compliance to ASHRAE TC.9.9

Analyze for air supply quality and airflow distribution for classified to compliance ASHRAE standard :

a. Room condition performance :
• Assessment for 1 point: 5x4 = 20m2
• Measurement of temperature and RH in the room
• Well-Sealed Room
• Air Flow Distribution

b. Unit HVAC System Performance :
• Mechanical System Performance
• Electrical System Performance

2. UIL Clean air for IEQ - Laboratory, in compliance to ISA S71.04-2013

Analysis for the corrosion rate movement and classified to ISA S71.04-2013 standard :

a. Room condition performance :
• Assessment for 1 point: 5x4 = 20m2
• Measurement of corrosion rate in the room
- Assessment by UIL Metal Strip
- Assessment by UIL Gas Detector
