Introduction

Indonesia consists of various industrial sectors. Chemical sources will produce exhaust gases from production process, exhaust gases produced like CS2, H2S, SO2, SO3, and sulfur.
The problem of HVAC system in industry is the source of the chemicals used that will produce contaminant gases which is can cause corrosion of the equipment used, that’s why, it is necessary to protect the equipment and maintain it in order to maintain the condition of the equipment according to standards so it can protect from damage due to corrosion.
Apart from the arround environmental conditions, the factor that can affects performance of the HVAC system comes from the age of the system itself. HVAC system with a long service life can cause the system cannot work optimally and of course the efficiency achieved will decrease and increase maintenance costs.
This can get worse if the implementation of HVAC system which has a long life and not carried out routinely (Periodically maintenance), the worst result is the HVAC system does not work optimally, high cost for repair, and high cost for power consumption.
That's why, HVAC system is needed that suits the needs of the industry by customize the system to suit with extreme conditions. In addition to customize the HVAC system that will be use, it need to carry out periodic maintenance on HVAC system so its makes performance can continue to be optimal.

b) condition of the outdoor unit housing check

2. Electrical system performance
- Condition of the cable connection check
- Electrical circuit check

3. Data collection before and after maintenance
- Measurement of supply and return temperature on the unit
- Measurement of the in and out temperature of the chiller pipe on the unit
- Airflow measurement
- Measurement of blower motor noise
- Measurement of electric current

c. Maintenance unit HVAC
- AC Split and AC Floor Standing
- Fan Coil Unit (FCU)
- Air Handling Unit (AHU)
