Gas analysis is intended to determine the concentration of gaseous contaminants in the air. Contaminants measured include hydrogen sulphide (H2S), sulphur oxide (SO2, SO3), nitrogen oxide (NOx), chlorine (Cl2), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), ozone (O3).
