Scope of Services

1. Inspects APS unit (Air Purification System)

a. Inspects housing condition
Checking to find out the condition of the unit in good condition, damage, or leakage.
b. Inspects air filter condition
Checking the filter to find out the condition of the filter in good condition, dirty, blocking, or saturated.
c. Inspects media condition
Checking the media to find out the condition of the media in good condition or in saturated condition, and also take a sample Media Life Analysis (MLA)
d. Inspects Electrical (Motor and blower)
Checking the condition of the motor and checking the blower to find out determine condition of the motor and blower in good conditiongood or in a damaged condition.
e. Inspects Electrical (Switch)
Checking on the switch unit, to find out the switch can run the operation or in a damaged condition.
f. Inspects Electrical (Inverter)
Checking on the Inverter, to find out the Inverter can run the operation properly or in a damaged condition.
g. Inspects Accessories (Pressure Differential Indicator)
Checking on the pressure indicator, checking is find out the Pressure DifferentiaI Indicator can work with good or damaged/error conditions.

2. Maintenance APS unit (Air Purification System)

a. Housing Cleaning
Cleaning housing for unit cleaning, do it inside of the unit and the outside of the unit by using tools.
b. Cleaning Media Module
Clean the media module using tools.
c. Air Filter Replacement
Filter replacement can be progress by pressure indicator, filter condition, and date of filter installation.
d. Media Replacement
Media replacementbe progress by media life analysis, media condition, and media installation date.
e. V-belt replacement
Replacement of the v-belt can be progress by the condition of the v-belt if it is broken or broken up.
f. Electrical Replacement (Inverter)
Replacement of the Pressure Differential Indicator can be progress by inverter conditions.
g. Replacement Accessories (Pressure Differential Indicator)
Replacement of the Pressure Differential Indicator can be progress by Pressure Differential Indicator condition.

3. Check the condition of the room according to the IEQ Clean Air standard
